Arnold Lopez, Managing Consultant, is passionate about creating lasting solutions in affordable housing development. Through diverse experiences in project management, site selection, and predevelopment finance, Arnold has honed his ability to support real estate developers who are dedicated to building affordable, high-quality housing for low-income families, individuals experiencing homelessness, veterans, seniors and farmworkers. Arnold’s mission is to provide expert project management and strategic consulting services to help affordable housing directors maximize their impact. His focus spans from every phase of the real estate development life cycle—from initial site selection and feasibility studies to securing competitive funding, managing predevelopment timelines, and overseeing project completion.

The goal at Chantli is simple: to help Development Directors increase internal capacity, meet project deadlines effectively, and secure the financial backing needed to bring their projects to life. At Chantli, every housing project is approached with the belief that it has the potential to positively transform communities. We do this by partnering with developers and local governments to ensure their visions align with community needs and funding opportunities, helping them navigate the complexities of affordable housing development.

Arnold has served as a project manager for large scale private and non-profit affordable developers such as AMCAL Multi-Housing Inc., Chelsea Investment Corporation and Eden Housing, Inc, with experiences in California, Washington, Utah and New Mexico.
